Originally from Northern Ireland I first came to Charleston SC in 1979 on a visit not knowing that I was to meet my future wife, Margaret. Her mother was from my home town and had been a GI bride during World War Two. We married in Charleston on July 18th 1987 and returned to Northern Ireland where we had two children Ashley and Darran. I graduated from Movilla High School in Newtownards, County Down and attended Bangor Technical College where I received an Associate Degree in Business Studies. I served in the Police Department for 12 years and in March of 1991 we returned to Charleston to make it our home. Our family which now has expanded with three grandsons and a granddaughter likes to vacation in the Smokey Mountains and we enjoy the local fishing spots from streams to the ocean.
Having lived and worked in Charleston for more than 25 years I understand what makes our community and the people who call it home so special. I have watched the Tri County area grow and expand with opportunities for our friends and neighbors to share in. Being in Customer Service industries for over 30 years I got into Real Estate because of the love and understanding of our community and the people who live here.
