Jeff Koenig Realtor

The quote from the famous soccer player Pele, “Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.” I love what I do and I will continue to invest into myself personally and professionally.
My Journey started 24 years ago when I joined the United States Air Force at 19 years old out of Camp Springs, Maryland. The reason I joined the Air Force was to serve my country and follow in my Grandfather’s footsteps. Throughout my career I held many positions as a Vehicle Operator and Dispatcher, worked as a Protocol Specialist, and the Superintendent of the Wing Commander Actions Group. While in the military I was stationed in Maryland, Washington D.C, Virginia, Germany, Turkey, South Korea, and South Carolina. I have also been deployed eight times to the Middle East working transportation and logistics; two in Saudi Arabia, two in Qatar, and four in Iraq operating convoys. While I was in the military, I was all about providing the best service I can to everybody I worked for or worked with. That is where my hard work, attention to detail, and my passion to help others comes from. In my off time I enjoy volunteering with the American Legion and the Air Force Sergeants Association. This gives me the opportunity to volunteer with the Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, and other projects within the community. One of our biggest things we I like to do is help other veterans. We visit the ones that are in the local hospital and pay respect to the ones that have fallen by laying flags and wreaths on the cemetery.
I am married to my wonderful bride for nine years and we have two awesome kids, 17-year-old daughter and a nine-year-old son and we currently live in Wescott Plantation. We chose Wescott because of the schools and the quiet neighborhood. For me it’s all about family that keeps me grounded.
Why Real Estate? I chose to go into the real estate career field because it gives me the opportunity to continue help others to achieve their goals. If it is from selling their house or buying their first house. I will provide my clients with confidentiality and I have the drive to make the process as painless, fun, and short as possible. Also, I get to help my fellow military members with a nice smooth transition into and out of South Carolina.
Why TSG? This company is just like a small family where everybody will help each other to achieve their goals. The Broker in Charge has 20 years of Real Estate experience that loves to see her agents grow in the business. Besides that, the company will also look at the client just like family, not just another quick sale.
